The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Warganet88 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) and use a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. You must notify Warganet88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Warganet88 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Warganet88 operates a KYC verification programme consistent with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a copy of your MyKad or passport; proof of residential address dated within 3 months; and/or documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The Company reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Real Money Funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements are typically processed within 5 minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods, and within 24 hours for FPX bank transfers.
All transactions on the Warganet88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is received and confirmed by the network. Warganet88 does not accept deposits in foreign fiat currencies other than those expressly stated.
Any User who initiates an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute against a Warganet88 transaction will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of all amounts subject to fraudulent chargeback activity through all available legal channels.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by Warganet88 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following default wagering requirements apply to Warganet88 welcome bonuses:
Wagering requirements must be satisfied exclusively using Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds placed before Bonus Funds are exhausted do not count toward wagering requirement completion.
The Company actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; collusion between accounts; and misrepresentation of identity during registration. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided, and the account may be permanently closed.
Unless specified otherwise, Bonus Funds and any associated free spins must be used within 7 calendar days of being credited to the account. Unused Bonus Funds will be removed from the account upon expiry without compensation.
Warganet88 operates a three-tier loyalty programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold VIP) with points earned on qualifying wagers. Points and tier status are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Programme. The Company reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, point accrual rates, and associated benefits at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
Warganet88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where the Platform has reason to believe that a bet is placed in bad faith, constitutes arbitrage, or exploits a pricing error. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an acknowledgement from the system — pending or unconfirmed bets have no binding status.
Where odds, spreads, totals, or game parameters are published in error — including human error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — Warganet88 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This right applies regardless of whether bets have been settled. The Company will notify affected users by email or in-app message where practicable.
Warganet88 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and integrity organisations to identify and report suspicious betting patterns. Where a sporting event is subject to an integrity investigation, the Company reserves the right to withhold settlement of related bets pending the outcome of that investigation.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to delay and automatic suspension during key match events (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets for any specific event.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Warganet88 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent termination:
All content on the Warganet88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, software, game assets, odds data, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of the Company.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Warganet88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress.
The Company's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that User's account at the time the claim arises.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability, for which the Company accepts no liability.
You may close your Warganet88 account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any Real Money Funds balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.
Warganet88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion — with or without notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, failed to complete required KYC verification, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and void any associated winnings. Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or criminal activity is suspected, and may ultimately be confiscated where required by law enforcement or regulatory authority.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notice, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable. Users waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against Warganet88 to the extent permitted by law.
Warganet88 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their place of residence.
Warganet88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. For minor clarifications or corrections, changes may be applied without advance notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
